Aspartame Studies Are There Any Legitimate Studies Showing The Effects Of Aspartame On The Human Body?

Are there any legitimate studies showing the effects of aspartame on the human body? - aspartame studies

There are one or 2 small which suggests that there are problems that may have caused it, but many, many others to consume much larger and closer to the "gold standard" of scientific reports that show no real problems in humans normal amounts (For use less than the recommended amount you should drink more than 21 soda cans per day!).

A good review can be found here:

and departure http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aspartame_c ... For more information, where "myths" of wine, and like everything that they have no scientific basis, or at least none that have been adequately tested.

He began his research on primates, which have been fed, are questionable stupidly large amounts of aspartame in their lives, and then the data will be misunderstood. An interesting aspect of these data revealed that the primates were involved in these studies lived longer than normal, so that if any of them is something that will be extracted aspartame is good for you! But that's not really the case. It istonnes of drugs, but not bad for 99.9% of the population either. Of course, some people with allergies or sensitivity of aspartame, but the people who are calling for an allergy to peanuts / seafood, etc. and you see all the "Ban Peanuts! Right? Since it would be stupid ... all the stupid ban on aspartame overtaken puesdo scientific beliefs .

If you are a database of academic journals. Aspartame is, together with L-aspartic acid and L-phenylalanine. PKU can not "diet" for this reason. There are studies that high doses of the function of the brain phenylalanine, was slowly adopted even in normal individuals. There is also news that aspartame is sugar free, but because of our body metabolize sugars less effective in the long run. Then go to your library or searching the database of your university.
